Pickleball Tournament Saturday September 12 2026 from 10 to 3. All courts will be used from 9 am to 3 pm. See Tournament flyer on the sidebar. A new Pickleball schedule is posted for July. A "Beginners Court 1" has been added to Tuesday and Friday drop-in times. SKEDDA is up and running for reservations. A new September Tennis Schedule is posted too. The Dog Parks are open. Many thanks to the By-the-Bay Garden Club for getting a Michigan wildflower grant to update the rain garden between the tennis courts. The township was recently awarded a Department of Natural Resources Recreation Passport Grant of $105,000 towards a playground at Herman Park. A GTB 2% Grant of $15,000. A HP Foundation Grant of $19,000. As well as an Oleson Foundation Grant of $18,000. Please help us raise money to build a decent sized playground. $268,062 raised so far towards a goal of $350,000.
