-The parking lot expansion has been completed. Later this year, the old lot will be sealed and striped.

-The asphalt base for the 4 new pickleball courts has been completed. Net posts and nets have been purchased and internal fence court partitions have been installed. Bid requests have been sent out for the perimeter fencing. Timing for court painting and striping is under discussion.

-The fencing for the dog park has been completed. Dog fountains are installed. Field irrigation is complete. The small dog park is open to the public. The large DOG Park will require tie for the new grass seed to take hold. That opening will be sometime in 2024.
